Why did Spain perform their song twice in 2010 Eurovision Song Contest final?

Explanation

The Spanish singer Daniel Diges was allowed to perform his entry twice because the Spanish stunt man Jimmy Jump jumped onto the stage to dance along to the song.
Jimmy Jump is known for being a disturbing element at big events, e.g. football matches. It didn't help Spain much to perform twice, however - they came 15th.
